Hellman’s Chicken is one of my favorite ways to cook chicken thighs. They are full of flavor, crispy, and have a wonderful cheesy finish.

This Hellman’s Chicken recipe will be in heavy rotation in your house. I have made this recipe with chicken breasts for years, but chicken thighs are a wonderful way to make the recipe too. The chicken thighs offer a lot of flavor to the dish.

How to Make Hellman’s Chicken

STEP 1: PREP

First, preheat the oven and prepare an 8X8 pan. Then, place the chicken thighs in an 8” x 8” casserole dish and cover with the hot sauce. Set aside.

STEP 2: TOPPING

Then, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan and garlic powder. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and top with the breadcrumbs.

STEP 3: BAKE

Finally, bake until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
