But it’s more than just that. This enchilada dip is the perfect appetizer. Totally unexpected and really unique, it’s going to be the star of the show at any party.

What You Need to Make Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Dip:
This is a very simple chicken recipe that’s no-fail. Seriously, anyone can make these, as long as you can follow some basic cooking instructions. Here’s what you need:
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs and legs deboned, cooked & shredded
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp sliced green onion
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
How to Make Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Dip:
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Combine the seasoning and sour cream, stirring it together until the seasoning is spread consistently throughout.
Step 2
Add sour cream, pepper jack cheese and green onion to the shredded chicken and stir together.
Step 3
Place chicken mixture into the bottom of a baking dish, spread in a single layer over the bottom of the dish.
Step 4
Cover in the cheddar cheese, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Allow to cool before enjoying!
