How to Make Sticky Honey Soy Chicken

Then, in a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ginger paste and sesame oil. Divide the mixture into two separate bowls. Next, place the chicken on top of the lemon slices in the baking dish, and brush with ½ of the sauce mixture.

STEP 3: BAKE

Bake the sticky chicken recipe for 40 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees. Drain the drippings from the baking dish into a saucepan over medium-high heat on the stove. Finally, add in the other half of the sauce, and simmer down until the sauce is thickened. Pour the sauce over the chicken and place the chicken under the broiler for several minutes before serving. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
