Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Dip

INGREDIENTS

chicken thighs and legs  sour cream green onion shredded cheddar pepper jack cheese cumin garlic powder salt cayenne pepper

STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

STEP 2

Combine the seasoning and sour cream, stirring it together until the seasoning is spread consistently throughout.

STEP 3

Add sour cream, pepper jack cheese and green onion to the shredded chicken and stir together.

STEP 4

Place chicken mixture into the bottom of a baking dish, spread in a single layer over the bottom of the dish.

STEP 5

Cover in the cheddar cheese, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

STEP 6

Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
