Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip is the most epic dip for any party. Easy and fast, you can have this dip with so many yummy dippers, but the best? Carrots and celery!

Best served hot, this yummy oven baked buffalo chicken dip even makes for fun sliders with crackers or mini burger buns.

But, I’m just in love with the perfect blend of chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese and celery. It’s literally one of my favorite dishes.

With just a few minutes of prep, you can have this dip ready to serve–and you won’t be taking home leftovers! LOL!

What You Need To Make Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is a very simple chicken recipe that’s no-fail. Seriously, anyone can make these, as long as you can follow some basic cooking instructions. Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce
  • 2 8-oz packages Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 large Chicken Breasts

How to Make This Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine half of the cream cheese, Franks Hot Sauce, spices and stir.

Step 2

The mixture will be lumpy, but smear it over the chicken in the baking dish regardless. Make sure to cover all of the chicken so that that portion of the chicken doesn’t dry out.

Step 3

Bake the chicken for 25 minutes. Check for doneness by cutting open the chicken breast. If they are done, remove from oven, if not, bake in 5 minute increments, checking between each increment, until done.

Using a hand mixer, shred the chicken.

Add the remaining cream cheese and stir it into the chicken mixture.

Cover with the cheddar cheese and place back into the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheddar. Serve!
