Slow Cooker General Tso’s Chicken

INGREDIENTS

chicken breast red chili sauce rice wine vinegar soy sauce brown sugar cornstarch garlic bell pepper mushrooms onion water

STEP 1

Coat the bottom of your slow cooker in the sesame oil then add the chicken.

STEP 2

Add brown sugar and corn starch, stir.

STEP 3

Add the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and garlic, then stir to combine again.

STEP 4

Top with the water, chili sauce and the vegetables.

STEP 5

Close the lid on your slow cooker. Set it to cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.

STEP 6

Serve and enjoy!
