Coat the bottom of your slow cooker in the sesame oil then add the chicken.
Add brown sugar and corn starch, stir.
Add the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and garlic, then stir to combine again.
Top with the water, chili sauce and the vegetables.
Close the lid on your slow cooker. Set it to cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
