- 2 chicken breast, skinned and cubed
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water

How to Make Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken
Step 1
Coat the bottom of your slow cooker in the sesame oil then add the chicken and brown sugar.

Step 2
Add the corn starch and stir.

Add the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and garlic, then stir to combine again.

Step 4
Top with the broccoli and water, then cover and set to high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Ingredients
