Slow Cooker Chicken Piccata

INGREDIENTS

Lemon Juice Chicken Breasts Flour Butter Olive Oil White Wine Capers Chicken Broth Salt and Pepper

STEP 1

In the bottom of your slow cooker add the olive oil followed by the chicken, garlic, broth, white wine and seasoning.

STEP 2

 Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.

STEP 3

 In a small bowl, add flour and butter then stir until the butter and flour make a slurry. Add the slurry to the slow cooker and stir to combine.

STEP 4

Add capers and lemon juice to the slow cooker and gently fold it in so as not to destroy the capers.

STEP 5

Serve with pasta and baguette–with parmesan cheese to garnish!
