This Slow Cooker Chicken Piccata is one of my favorite dump and run recipes. It’s so simple, so fast and I just love the days when this recipe comes up on rotation!

It’s like the quickest way to make something the whole family will love. No, really, the kids push the capers to the side, but they love the sauce and will even eat a good amount of chicken if they can have some extra sauce with a baguette.

So, it’s totally worth the whole 5 minutes it takes toss everything into the slow cooker. And then when it’s time to serve it up? Less than 5 minutes and you’re ready.

The worst part is making the pasta–which is just boiling water, so, really.
