Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place the chicken thighs in an 8” x 8” casserole dish and cover with the hot sauce. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan and garlic powder.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken.
Top with the breadcrumbs.
Bake until golden and an inserted meat thermometer reads 165 F.
