I could eat my weight in these Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings. They’re so tender and juicy, with just the right spice. They’d be perfect for a party if I didn’t want to eat them all myself! LOL!

I’ll share, though, if you insist. But only if you insist. Because they’re so good. Did I say tender and juicy? Yeah.

But really, you’re looking at a ridiculously easy recipe that can super easily be adjusted for heat, letting you decide just how spicy you’d like your wings to be.

Which is nice if you’re serving these oven baked buffalo wings to kids or wusses (me…wusses are me).

franks hot sauce. seasonings, miracle whip, chicken wings in glass bowls on a white background

How to Make This Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cut the chicken wings into parts, discarding the tips. I find using a sharp knife and cutting halfway through, then pulling the pieces apart is the most efficient way to cut chicken wings.

Combine Miracle Whip, Franks Hot Sauce and spices in a small bowl.

Step 5

Place in the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.

Check for doneness by cutting a chicken wing in the center of the dish in half to see if there is any pink. If it’s done, serve, if not, keep baking in 5 minutes increments, checking between each increment, until done.
