Homemade chicken piccata is a fast, flavorful and fun meal to make. It’s so flavorful and juicy, I swear it tastes just like my local Italian restaurant’s feature dish!

Making dinner at home quickly and easily has become so much more important to me. And being able to make this quick dinner–well, that’s just too awesome. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect way to end the day.

Plus, with the light lemon sauce, it’s a perfect dish to pair with a small leafy salad or even a baguette that picks up all that flavor when you dip it a little into the sauce. Because, let’s be honest, we’re not at the restaurant and that bread is getting dipped.

It also pairs really well with Green Beans and Potatoes (my kids’ favorite).
