Place chicken in a pot, covered by water and bring to a boil, cooking the chicken throughout.
While that’s cooking, chop the bell pepper finely and place it in a skillet with the olive oil over high heat.
Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it.
Add shredded chicken and seasoning to the bell pepper mixture, immediately followed by the cream cheese.
Cover and allow the cheese to melt completely, stirring periodically.
Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
