Keto Chicken Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS

Chicken tenderloins Green bell pepper Red bell pepper Onion Salt and pepper Olive oil For the sauce: Sesame oil Chicken broth Soy sauce Brown sugar Garlic Ginger paste Pepper

STEP 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.  Add the chicken to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

STEP 2

 Saute the chicken until it's halfway cooked. Add peppers and onions, and saute until the vegetables begin to become tender, and the chicken is cooked through.

STEP 3

In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce.

STEP 4

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and saute for several minute

STEP 5

Serve and enjoy!
