Add oil to a large skillet. Add chicken breasts to skillet and season both sides of each breast with 1/2 tablespoon herbs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat over medium high heat, browning each side, about 10-12 minutes total cooking time. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
Add wine and broth to pan, scraping the bits on the bottom of the pan and mixing in. Heat over medium high heat until boiling.
Continue to boil until liquid is reduced in half. Return chicken to pan and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve with sauce on chicken.
