I’m going to be honest, I hate waiting for restaurant service. In the restaurant it’s a long wait to get seated, then it’s a long time to actually get your food. And don’t get me started on buffets or delivery services–forever not my thing. But this recipe for teriyaki chicken?

So. My. Thing.

It’s full of flavor, has a little bit of veggies to give a little variety in there, and is so perfect with a bit of steamed rice or fried rice. And it takes way less time than going out to eat–but you definitely get restaurant quality food. Let’s get cookin’!
