Mexican Chicken Pasta

INGREDIENTS

shredded chicken cooked rotini pasta cream cheese cumin garlic powder onion powder salt cayenne pepper bell pepper olive oil

STEP 1

Place chicken in a pot, covered by water and bring to a boil, cooking the chicken throughout.

STEP 2

While that’s cooking, chop the bell pepper finely and place it in a skillet with the olive oil over high heat.

STEP 3

Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it.

STEP 4

Add shredded chicken and seasoning to the bell pepper mixture, immediately followed by the cream cheese.

STEP 5

Cover and allow the cheese to melt completely, stirring periodically.

STEP 6

Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.

STEP 7

Serve and enjoy!
