Low Carb Chicken Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins Sour cream Parmesan cheese Mozzarella cheese Xanthan gum Italian seasoning Garlic powder Salt and pepper Parsley

STEP 1

 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

STEP 2

In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese, xanthan gum, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.

STEP 3

Place the tenderloins in a well greased baking dish.

STEP 4

Spread the sour cream mixture over them.

STEP 5

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

STEP 6

 Bake for 40 minutes.

STEP 7

Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
