If you’ve never had chicken marsala, you’re missing out and this recipe for slow cooker chicken marsala is so simple–but so flavorful, it’s like bringing Italy to your table in just a few minutes of cooking!
Plus, it’s one of those yummy recipes that is hearty and full, without being super over-filling. You can enjoy as many mushrooms as you like, that sauce all over them, and never miss a beat!

That’s one thing I love about pairing chicken and mushrooms. The flavors just work together so well, the earthy mushroom and the light chicken making for a fine sauce.
Seriously, I could lick the plate from that sauce and not be sorry at all.
But I won’t–that seems like taking it just a little too far when I can just sop it up with more chicken and noodles.
