Cut the chicken wings into parts, discarding the tips. I find using a sharp knife and cutting halfway through, then pulling the pieces apart is the most efficient way to cut chicken wings.
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, honey, spices, and mustard in a small bowl until the mixture is thoroughly consistent throughout.
Pour homemade BBQ sauce over the chicken wings and stir together.
Place chicken wings in the slow cooker and set to low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Enjoy!
