Ingredients
1cupCheddar Cheese
½cupFranks Hot Sauce
2 8-ozpackages Cream Cheese
1tspSalt
½tspPepper
1tspGarlic Powder
1tspOnion Powder
2large Chicken Breasts
Instructions
Combine half of the cream cheese, Franks Hot Sauce, spices and stir.
The mixture will be lumpy, but smear it over the chicken in the slow cooker regardless. Make sure to cover all of the chicken so that that portion of the chicken doesn't dry out.
Turn the slow cooker on to low for 6 hours or high for 4.
Using a hand mixer, shred the chicken.
Add the remaining cream cheese and stir it into the chicken mixture.
Cover with the cheddar cheese and turn the slow cooker on to low to keep warm until ready to serve!
