Ingredients

skinned and cubed

red chili sauce

rice wine vinegar

soy sauce

brown sugar

Instructions
Coat the bottom of your slow cooker in the sesame oil then add the chicken.
Add the brown sugar.
Add the corn starch and stir.
Add the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and garlic, then stir to combine again.
Top with the water, chili sauce and all the vegetables, then close the lid on the slow cooker and set for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
