Low Carb Chicken Casserole Recipe


Boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins Sour cream Parmesan cheese Mozzarella cheese Xanthan gum Italian seasoning Garlic powder Salt and pepper – Parsley

STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

STEP 2: In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese, xanthan gum, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.

STEP 3: Place the tenderloins in a well greased baking dish, and spread the sour cream mixture over them.

STEP 4: Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

STEP 5:  Bake for 40 minutes.

STEP 6:  Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
