INGREDIENTS
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 2 large chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons herb de Provence herb mix
– 1/4 cup white wine
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– salt and pepper

STEP 1:
Add oil to a large skillet. Add chicken breasts to skillet and season both sides of each breast with 1/2 tablespoon herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat over medium high heat, browning each side, about 10-12 minutes total cooking time. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.

Add wine and broth to pan, scraping the bits on the bottom of the pan and mixing in. Heat over medium high heat until boiling.
