Herbed Chicken Breasts

INGREDIENTS

oil chicken breasts herb de Provence herb mix white wine chicken broth salt and pepper

STEP 1: Add oil to a large skillet. 

STEP 2: Add chicken breasts to skillet and season both sides of each breast with 1/2 tablespoon herbs. 

STEP 3: Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 4: Heat over medium high heat, browning each side, about 10-12 minutes total cooking time. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.

STEP 5: Add wine and broth to pan, scraping the bits on the bottom of the pan and mixing in. Heat over medium high heat until boiling.

STEP 6: Continue to boil until liquid is reduced in half. Return chicken to pan and cook for 1 more minute.

STEP 7: Serve with sauce on chicken. Enjoy!
