Herbed Chicken Breasts

INGREDIENTS

– oil –chicken breasts – herb de Provence    herb mix – white wine – chicken broth – salt and pepper

STEP 1: Add oil to a large skillet. Add chicken breasts to skillet and season both sides of each breast with 1/2 tablespoon herbs.

STEP 2: Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 3: Heat over medium high heat, browning each side. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.

STEP 4: Add wine and broth to pan, scraping the bits on the bottom of the pan and mixing in. 

STEP 5: Heat over medium high heat until boiling. Continue to boil until liquid is reduced in half then return chicken to the pan. 

STEP 6: Serve with sauce on chicken.
