– oil –chicken breasts – herb de Provence herb mix – white wine – chicken broth – salt and pepper

STEP 1:
Add oil to a large skillet. Add chicken breasts to skillet and season both sides of each breast with 1/2 tablespoon herbs.

Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 3:
Heat over medium high heat, browning each side. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.

Add wine and broth to pan, scraping the bits on the bottom of the pan and mixing in.

Heat over medium high heat until boiling. Continue to boil until liquid is reduced in half then return chicken to the pan.
