– ground chicken – coleslaw mix – oil – garlic – ginger paste – soy sauce – white vinegar – cornstarch – egg roll wonton wrappers – salt – pepper – sesame seeds – Green onion 

STEP 1: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the instant pot and set to saute, then brown the chicken. Add the garlic, ginger, salt and pepper, soy sauce and vinegar.

STEP 2: Top with the coleslaw and pressure cook for o minutes on high. Manually release.

STEP 3: On a flat surface, place the wonton wrapper like a diamond orientation. Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center of the wrapper.

STEP 4: Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold the right and left side of the wrapper over the filling. Fold the bottom corner over the filling and roll it upward.

STEP 5: Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket and spray with oil.

STEP 6: Cook at 400 for 7 minutes, flip and spray with oil. Cook for 3 minutes.

STEP 7: Serve and enjoy.
