1 ½cupsshredded Cheddar Jack cheese blend - divided
Instructions
Add chicken and hot sauce to a skillet over medium high heat.
Cook until heated through.
Add cream cheese and ranch dressing and stir until fully combined.
Stir in half of the cheese.
Transfer to a small crock pot and set to low.
Top with remaining cheese and serve when hot and bubbly.
Notes
Add Chopped Vegetables: Top the dip with pieces of celery, green onions, bell peppers or hot peppers that have been finely diced.
Heat: Jack up the heat with your favorite hot sauce, or mellow out this spicy buffalo sauce by adding some butter to your dip.
Variation tip: Feel free to cook boneless chicken wings for this recipe so you have lots of rich dark meat chicken, or try with cooked chicken breasts for a delicious blend of chicken.
Alternate ingredient: Pepper Cheese Blend will up the heat in this buffalo chicken dip.
Dietary consideration tip: Low fat or fat free cheese, cream cheese and dressing can be great in this cheesy dip recipe.
