BBQ Chicken Sliders

bacon

cajun seasoning

Pepper Jack Cheese

Barbecue sauce

slider or small dinner rolls

Salt

Instructions
Cut bacon slices in half and prepare, set aside.
Cut chicken breasts in half.
Sprinkle Cajun season evenly over the top (if you want spicy add more seasoning).
Add salt and pepper the chicken.
Place chicken on hot grill and cook through.
Add cheese and bacon to top of cooked chicken.
Toast the bun and smear sauce on top buns.
Place the chicken on top of the bun, and serve.
Notes
Add Crunch:
Coleslaw mix adds a spectacular crunch to this chicken slider.
Cheese:
Cheddar, Swiss or your favorite cheese can be used for this recipe.
Hawaiian Rolls:
Make a sweet surprise to these chicken sliders.
Alternate ingredient:
Pickles add tang and crunch.
