Place butter on a rimmed baking sheet and heat it in the oven until melted.
Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite sized chunks.
Season with 1 teaspoon of House Seasoning blend.
Place flour, remaining House Seasoning blend and paprika into a zip top bag.
Place chicken chunks in bag and toss to coat.
Remove melted butter from the oven and place coated chicken on the baking sheet; be sure to leave space around each piece of chicken to allow browning.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Flip chicken and bake for 10-12 minutes more, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
