Keto Chicken Stir-Fry


– Chicken tenderloins  – Green bell pepper  – Red bell pepper  – onion  – Salt and pepper  – olive oil For the sauce: – sesame oil – chicken broth – soy sauce – brown sugar – garlic – ginger paste – pepper to taste

STEP 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove. Add the chicken to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

STEP 2: Saute the chicken until it is about halfway cooked.

STEP 3: Mix the peppers and onions into the skillet, and saute until the vegetables begin to become tender, and the chicken is cooked through.

STEP 4:  In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce.

STEP 5: Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.

STEP 6: Saute for several minutes before serving.
