Keto Chicken Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS

Chicken tenderloins Green bell pepper Red bell pepper onion Salt and pepper Olive oil For the sauce: Sesame oil Chicken broth Soy sauce Brown sugar Garlic Ginger paste Pepper

STEP 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.

STEP 2:  Add the chicken to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute the chicken until it is about halfway cooked.

STEP 3: Mix the peppers and onions into the skillet, and saute until the vegetables begin to become tender, and the chicken is cooked through.

STEP 4: In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce.

STEP 5: Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and saute for several minutes.

STEP 6: Serve and enjoy!
