– 3 chicken breasts – 4 ounces cream cheese half a brick – 3.5 Tablespoons Everything but the bagel seasoning divided – 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

STEP 1: Mix together your cream cheese, red pepper flakes, and everything but the bagel seasoning.

STEP 2:  Score each chicken breast about eight times. Depends on how large your breast is. Add cream cheese mixture.

STEP 3:  Process the bagel seasoning and sprinkle on top of the chicken breast.

STEP 4: Create a boat with your aluminum foil with the chicken breast inside each one.

STEP 5: Add one and a half cups of water to your instant pot. Place the trivet inside and add each chicken breast covered in aluminum foil to your instant pot.

STEP 6: Cook for 18 minutes on high pressure. 

STEP 7: Serve and enjoy.
