Tandoori Chicken

INGREDIENTS

– chicken thighs  – greek yogurt plain – salt – pepper – ginger purée – paprika – chili powder – garlic powder – turmeric – cumin – meat skewers

STEP 1: In a bowl, mix the spices, yogurt and chicken. Stir until chicken is completely coated. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to marinade.

STEP 2:  Cut meat skewers to fit in your air fryer basket. Put meat onto skewers and place inside air fryer basket.

STEP 3:  Cook on 370 for 15 minutes, flip skewers and cook for 5 minutes.

STEP 4:   Garnish with cilantro and serve with naan and basmati rice.
